Return and Refund Policy

At 247 Tech Gear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned: opened software, downloadable products, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges: If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us at support@247techgear.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
